8.1.1
Construction preparation should meet the following
requirements: 1. The ecological grid green beach mat should be used for slope protection or bottom protection. The pavement surface should be leveled according to the design requirements. The slope or base surface should be smooth, dense and free of impurities. 2. Check the size of the green shore mat, the solid side cage, the mesh size, the mesh diameter, the end wire and the edge wire diameter, all of which should meet the design requirements and prepare the installation tools. 3. The base soil and its compactness of the Gubin retaining wall, the depth of the foundation solid cage and the length and width of the excavation line shall meet the design requirements. When the site encounters poor foundation soil, it should be grounded to make the foundation bearing capacity meet the design requirements. 4. The construction of anti-seepage geomembrane according to the design requirements shall comply with the relevant provisions of Section 6.6 of GB 50286. 5. Lay geotextile or anti-filter layer according to design requirements. The construction procedure and quality requirements shall comply with the provisions of Section 6.7 of GB 50286. 6, Gubin cage masonry should meet the following requirements: 1) The position of the masonry plane of the Gubin cage group should meet the requirements of the design drawings; 2) The solid coastal cage layer and the inter-layer masonry should be criss-crossed and connected up and down, and no “through seam” is allowed; 3) Each layer of the solid-side cage group should be properly placed as a “Ding” box; 4) The appearance of the exterior of the masonry should be smooth and beautiful. 7. After the Gubin retaining wall, the backfill should be layered and compacted, and it should be constructed according to the Code for Construction Quality Acceptance of Building Foundation Engineering GB 50202. 8. The ecological grid net bag is usually used as the foot of the embankment to level the foundation and be constructed according to the design requirements. 9. The ecological grid hanging net is usually used for roadbed reinforcement, falling rock protection, and construction according to design requirements. 10. The construction of backfill should be based on mechanical paving, supplemented by manual cooperation. The compacted soil should be compacted after 5cm~10cm. The specific operation should meet the following requirements: 1) The direction of mechanical operation should be parallel to the wall surface; 2) Rolling from the middle to both sides, first press gently and then press until the specified degree of compaction; 3) Apply manual or small impact mechanical slamming compaction within 1m of the wall surface. 8.1.2 Construction measurements shall comply with the following provisions: 1. The relative height difference of the unevenness of the slope is allowed to be ±50mm. 8.1.3 Machinery, equipment and materials should meet the following requirements: 1. The model, specification and technical performance of construction machinery, construction tools, equipment and materials shall be reasonably arranged and deployed according to the construction progress and strength of the project. 2. Organize materials in time according to the construction progress of the project, and inspect the quality of raw materials and semi-finished products in advance. 3. The incoming raw materials and semi-finished products can only be used after passing the inspection. 8.5 Quality Control 8.5.1 Quality control shall comply with the following provisions: 1. The construction unit shall establish a sound and complete quality assurance system. The construction and supervision units shall establish corresponding quality inspection systems, undertake the self-inspection and sampling inspection tasks of the project quality, and implement total quality management. 2. The qualifications required by the engineering quality inspection personnel, as well as the scope of duties, work procedures, accident handling, data processing, etc. of the project quality inspection, shall comply with the relevant provisions of the construction quality assessment procedures for water conservancy and hydropower projects. 3. The authenticity of the test results and materials inspection materials shall be guaranteed, and the results and materials shall not be forged or arbitrarily discarded; the quality inspection records shall be properly preserved and shall not be altered or destroyed by themselves. 4. Construction quality control of ecological grid structure protection engineering should include intrinsic quality control and appearance quality control: 1) The self-inspection and sampling inspection should be carried out in each process before continuing the next process. The quality inspection site shall be representative and shall be evenly distributed on the surface and shall not be selected at will; 2) Concealed works should be inspected together with the supervisor or photographed to the bottom; 3) The materials used in the ecological grid should meet the requirements of the relevant standards in China; 4) Vertical displacement monitoring should be carried out during construction. 8.5.2 The quality control of the construction of the Gubin retaining wall shall comply with the following provisions: 1. The foundation soil, foundation pit size, elevation and position of the ecological grid Gubin retaining wall meet the design requirements. 2. If the foundation is to be treated, the bearing capacity of the foundation is checked to meet the requirements, and the slope ratio meets the design requirements. 3. The assembly process and assembly procedure of the Gubin cage group shall comply with the provisions of 8.3.1 of this regulation, and the surface shall be free from cracking. 4. The sampling of the geometric dimensions of the Gubin cage group should meet the following requirements: 1) Height H allowable deviation ± 5%; 2) Width B allowable deviation ± 5%; 3) Length L is allowed to be ±5% deviation. 5. The construction technology and procedures of the filled stone materials should meet the design requirements. 6. The allowable deviation of the flatness of the wall surface of Gubin retaining wall should be less than or equal to 50mm. 7. The verticality of the Gubin retaining wall should be less than or equal to 0.5%. 8. The straightness of the Gubin retaining wall is ±50mm per 5m. 9. The construction technology of backfilling behind the wall complies with the provisions of Article 7 of 8.1.1. 10. The construction quality of the anti-filtration layer and the anti-seepage geomembrane should meet the requirements. 8.5.3 The quality control of the green slope protection construction shall comply with the following provisions: 1. The flatness of the laying surface of the green shore mat and the compactness of the soil should meet the design requirements. 2. The plane position and elevation of the paving surface meet the design requirements. 3. The construction of the anti-filtration layer and the anti-seepage geomembrane meet the requirements. 4. The assembly process and process of the green shore mat group meet the requirements. 5. The geometrical dimensions of the green shore mat should meet the following requirements: 1) Height H allowable deviation ± 10%; 2) Width B allowable deviation ± 5%; 3) Length L Allowable deviation ± 5%. 6. The construction procedure and construction process of the filled stone shall comply with the provisions of Section 8.4 of this regulation. 7. The relative height difference of the flatness of the green shore surface should not exceed 50mm. 8. The top of the green shore surface protection slope is straight and the deviation is ±50mm per 5m. 8.5.4 The construction quality control of the ecological grid hanging net should meet the following requirements: 1. The slope should be trimmed before the construction of the net; 2. The anchor nail quality and construction technology should be constructed according to the current Chinese standards and design requirements: 1) The number and location of anchors meet the design requirements; 2) The length and width of the hanging net should be measured; 3) The adjacent lap width of the hanging net should be greater than 1m; 4) The anchoring process should be constructed according to the design requirements. 8.5.5 The quality control of ecological grid net bag construction should meet the following requirements: 1. The net bag used for the protection of the embankment should be in the form of appropriate mesh bag and structure according to the design requirements, and its quality strength should meet the design requirements; 2. In the process of throwing the net bag, in order to avoid damage to the slope of the embankment, corresponding protective measures should be taken; 3. The throwing net bag should be carried out according to the design procedure. Different anti-crushing bodies should be thrown according to the design requirements; 4. The net bag and filling material should be tested before use and can only be used after passing the test; 5, the net bag must pay attention to protect the mesh bag material during the throwing process, to avoid damage to the protective layer of the grid material caused by collision and friction; 6. The net bag needs to be re-tested during the filling and filling process, and the formed net bag projection deviation must be within the allowable range. |
